BOK Building at 21st & Utica - Wet Seal Project
Brook Towne completed a comprehensive wet-seal restoration project to address water intrusion issues occurring around the building's window systems. The work involved the removal and replacement of deteriorated sealants, preparation of existing surfaces, and the application of high-performance waterproof sealants designed to restore the integrity of the building envelope.
By sealing vulnerable joints and window perimeters, the project successfully mitigated water infiltration, helping to protect interior finishes, prevent moisture-related damage, and improve the long-term performance of the structure. The completed restoration enhanced the building's weather resistance while extending the service life of the window assemblies and surrounding façade components
