Hillcrest Physicians Buildings - Building Maintenance

Brook Towne completed a comprehensive building maintenance and restoration package designed to improve the safety, functionality, and longevity of the facility. The project included the installation of new concrete speed bumps to enhance traffic control and pedestrian safety throughout the property.

To address ongoing moisture issues, our team identified and repaired sources of water intrusion through targeted epoxy injection and the installation of a below-grade waterproofing system. Additional site improvements included refinishing concrete lamp post bases, repairing damaged concrete stairs, and replacing deteriorated concrete sidewalks to restore safe and reliable access throughout the facility.

The scope was completed with the grinding and leveling of uneven concrete panels to eliminate trip hazards and improve ADA accessibility. Through these targeted repairs and upgrades, Brook Towne helped extend the service life of the property while enhancing safety, appearance, and overall performance.
