Brook Towne completed a property maintenance project focused on improving the safety, appearance, and functionality of the site. The scope included power washing the parking garage to remove accumulated dirt, debris, and staining, restoring a clean and well-maintained appearance. Following the cleaning process, new pavement striping was installed to enhance traffic flow, improve parking organization, and increase safety for vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

In addition, our team repaired damaged manholes throughout the property, addressing deteriorated conditions that could impact site safety and performance. These repairs restored the structural integrity and functionality of the utility access points while helping to prevent future maintenance concerns.
